Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Golden Goose sneakers for a full refund or exchange.
Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty policy.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your Golden Goose sneakers must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all original tags attached
- Sneakers must be returned in the original box with all original packaging materials
- Items must be free from any signs of wear, dirt, or odor
- Include the original receipt or order confirmation email
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective

Free Return Shipping: We provide free return shipping labels for all returns within the United States. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy:

- We'll ship your new item once the original is received and processed
- If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund accordingly
- Exchange shipping is free within the United States
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective Golden Goose sneakers:

- We'll provide a prepaid return label for immediate return
- Choose between a full refund or replacement item
- No restocking fees apply to damaged or defective returns
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

International Returns
For international customers:
